We need to start a military style Civil Service Corp,
This should be an alternative to military duty for those whom wish to help our country but would not be soldiers,

They would be Fire Fighters, Doctors, Nurses, Disaster response, Police Officers, EMT, Teachers and any other civil jobs needed to help our country.
